At Passive Drive, we sell digital products, online courses, consultations, and done-for-you digital services. Because most of our products and services are delivered electronically or involve time-based work, our return and refund terms are different from those for physical goods.
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final once the product has been delivered or accessed.
We do not accept returns for downloadable products, templates, planners, spreadsheets, digital resources, or other electronic files once they have been successfully delivered.
Please review all product details carefully before making a purchase.
All course purchases are non-returnable once access has been granted to the course materials.
Because digital course content becomes available immediately after purchase, refunds are generally not issued after access has been provided.
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your course, please contact our support team and we will work to resolve the issue.
Fees paid for consultation sessions are generally non-refundable.
If you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your scheduled consultation, we may allow a reschedule or review your refund request at our discretion.
Requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session may not be eligible for a refund.
For done-for-you services such as setup, implementation, or custom digital work, refunds are not available once work has started.
If a cancellation request is made before the project has begun, a full or partial refund may be considered.
If work has already started or any part of the service has already been delivered, refunds will be reviewed based on the amount of work completed and expenses already incurred.
Passive Drive generally does not sell physical products. If physical products are offered in the future, return eligibility, return windows, and refund conditions will be clearly mentioned on the relevant product page.
Refunds will generally not be provided in the following situations:
you changed your mind after purchase
you purchased by mistake
you did not read the product or service description before buying
the digital product has already been delivered
course access has already been granted
consultation cancellation was requested less than 24 hours before the appointment
work on a done-for-you service has already started
If you are charged more than once for the same product or service due to a payment error, please contact us. Verified duplicate payments will be reviewed and refunded where applicable.
If you do not receive your digital product or cannot access your course due to a technical issue, please contact our support team. We will first attempt to provide access, resend the product, or resolve the issue before considering a refund.

proof of payment
product or service name
reason for your refund request
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and any decision will be made at our sole discretion where applicable.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method where possible.
Please allow a reasonable number of business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider or bank.
