At Passive Drive, we offer digital products, online courses, consultations, and done-for-you digital services. Because our products and services are primarily delivered digitally, cancellation terms vary depending on the type of purchase.
Orders for digital products are processed immediately after payment is completed. Because of this, once a digital product has been purchased and delivered, the order cannot be canceled.
Customers are encouraged to review product details carefully before placing an order.
Once access to an online course has been granted, the order cannot be canceled. This is because course materials and digital content become available immediately after purchase.
If you experience any technical issue preventing access to your course, please contact our support team so we can assist you.
Consultation bookings may be canceled or rescheduled if the request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
Cancellation requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment may not be eligible for cancellation or refund.
If you are late to a scheduled consultation, the session may still end at the originally planned time.
For done-for-you services such as setup, implementation, or other custom work, cancellation is only allowed before work has started.
Once the project has begun, the order may no longer be canceled. If partial work has already been completed, any refund or adjustment will be reviewed at our sole discretion based on the amount of work already delivered.
If Passive Drive offers any subscription-based or recurring service, customers may cancel future renewals at any time before the next billing date.
Once a recurring payment has been processed, that billing cycle cannot be canceled retroactively.

your full name
email address used for purchase
product or service name
proof of purchase
reason for cancellation
All cancellation requests are reviewed based on the type of product or service purchased.
Cancellation may not be possible in the following cases:
the digital product has already been delivered
course access has already been granted
the consultation is within 24 hours of the scheduled time
work on a done-for-you service has already started
a recurring subscription payment has already been processed
